Situated only a few metres from a beautiful pebble beach, hotel Niko is a 50 years old family- run hotel which provides guests with all the comfort they need for a perfect Dalmatian vacation.
The centre of the town Zadar is only 10 minutes away by car, and Zadar Airport is 13 km away.

The hotel is decorated in an elegant European style that successfully blends with typical Dalmatian features to create a pleasant and home- like atmosphere.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises on the beach, just in front of the hotel, and then dip into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.

Hotel Niko also features a restaurant where only home made cooking is served. But when you go the restaurant, you will experience so much more than just eating some dish. The food that is served is based on fish, scampi and lobsters all of which are taken from the hotel's own aquarium.

While you eat, klapa (choir) Niko, founded by the owner of the hotel, will create an unforgettable Dalmatian setting. The restaurant also has a lovely terrace which overlooks the bay and the historic city of Zadar on the other side.

The hotel is not situated in the old town, but Zadar center is visible from the hotel and easily accessible by city bus or by car. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The ambiance is terrific, with the Adriatic literally across the street. The sea was clearly visible from my room balcony.

The hotel was clean comfortable and with a good location. The dining experience in the hotel made all the difference. Our waiter suggested food not listed on the menu, also suggested wine to accompany the meal.
