The hotel is not situated in the old town, but Zadar center is visible from the hotel and easily accessible by city bus or by car. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The ambiance is terrific, with the Adriatic literally across the street. The sea was clearly visible from my room balcony.

The hotel was clean comfortable and with a good location. The dining experience in the hotel made all the difference. Our waiter suggested food not listed on the menu, also suggested wine to accompany the meal.

The kindness and forthcoming from the staff is outstanding, the restaurant is very, very good. Walking distance to Old-town somewhat long, but the environment at the shores are interesting, and the exercise gives you an appetite.

My husband ate a steak there and declared it to be very tender and perfectly cooked. The presentation, the atmosphere, the delicious seafood and attentive service make this a great place to have a special meal. We did not stay at the hotel but friends did, and they showed us around their room which looked splendid.

Our lovely room with balcony and the restaurant were spotlessly clean and breakfasts and one dinner excellent! The attentiveness and concerns of the family and staff to our sightseeing questions and personal needs made for a lifetime memory.

Most hotels were fully booked we happened to be finding a 2 bedroom room, consisting of 1 double and 1 small single bed room. Hotel staff was great, even allowing us to check out at 1.30pm. Restaurant is very nice, although very expensive, but food is quality.

The hotel was lovely, rooms large, clean and with great views of the sea. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. The best part of the hotel were the reception staff, who went out of their way to help us with faxes, scans, washing and restaurant advice.

I did not find many facilities around, if you not have a car, probably you will need a taxi for make shopping or simply visit the old town. The hotel has not an elevator; the rooms are located on two floors, but just with stairs. The room which we have been given was very nice. The restaurant is excellent and all the staff that we met was really kind.

I surprised my girlfriend with a stay in this hotel only a week ago and was in contact with the staff via e-mail for weeks prior. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and make it the most memorable visit for her. They set us up the most incredible table in the hotel OWNERS own apartment on the balcony. The table had roses, candles and champagne on ice. 'Thankfully' she said yes and we enjoyed the most fabulous lobster and mixed seafood risotto.
