The location of the hotel was great, the hotel staff very helpful (especially Niko). The hotel room spacious and nice. The hotel was overbooked so we had to stay in the neighboring hotel (less value). But they gave us a free dinner for the inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet was great. The staff at the reception was really helpful and good. The speed of the Wi-Fi in the room was a little bit slow. The staff in the hotel bar was unfriendly and they served awful coffee.

The breakfast at the hotel had various kinds of food, something for everybody. The hotel staff was really helpful and they gave us a lot useful information during our stay. The hotel could do some renovation; update a little the furniture in the room. But we didn’t stay much in the room beacause Dubrovnik is a wonderful city. Lots to see.

There were many good things. The pool with the great view over the sea. The vicinity of the beach and you haven´t to cross any road, great for families with kids. Wi-Fi was also working at the pool and relaxing area. The hotel personal friendly. Wi-Fi was with slow connection. If you have to work than this is not quite good. There were no free bottle of water in the room

Friendly hotel staff. The hotel is clean. There is no fridge or coffee machine in the room. Only buffet on offer at night.

Buffet breakfast with various foods, excellent taste. Staff helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The Copacabana beach is near to the hotel. Bus drive to the old town of Dubrovnik takes only 15min. All in all a great stay we would recommend. All rooms in the hotel have carpet.

Hotel staff is excellent nice. Staff very friendly. The food delicious. We were upgraded to sea view room. Near the hotel is a bus stop to town. The hotel is a bit remote. No indoor pool

The beach is near the hotel. Great bus connection from hotel to centre of Dubrovnik every 10 minutes. Breakfast was great. Everything really good.

Good facilities around the hotel. Tasty breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was dirty.
