After a full day's travel, we were told by the receptionist that there was no record of our booking. Fortunately, we had our confirmation letter with us and were quickly allocated a room after discussion with the manager. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a sign up banning food and drink!! When we asked the receptionist to contact the Cosmos rep to confirm our transfer time, we were told three times that the phone was not working despite us hearing it ring.
Sep 27, 2014The major issue we had with the hotel was the very inconsistent staff which had different answers and rules depending on who was on duty. Tourist information was available or not depending who was on duty. There must be other hotels in the area which are more guest-friendly.
