The advantage is the location (next to the beach, nice & short walk away from the center, some shops & bars nearby). Good for an overnight stay, not for the holidays.

The room is OK size, furniture OK except for the real old model of TV. Instead of the view you get the look through bricks. Breakfast offered many things which were good, but also not so fresh croissants. The whole hotel smells of some cheap male cologne. This hotel needs a good consultant to improve its service.

Very good rooms and clean, good breakfast, very nice people and staff. Beach is so clean and water of the sea very clean and beautiful.

This hotel has some of the best sound insulation I've ever experienced. I couldn't hear people on the toilet next door, snoring, conversation, television etc. The double room I stayed in overlooking the pool was clean, well furnished, and spacious with a flat screen TV and fridge. I thought the air conditioning system was more advanced than the average hotel.

We were in room 128, which was on the side facing the tennis courts, and had a limited view of the water. The room was reached by walking down a long dingy-looking hallway. Our room was of sufficient size, but other members of our group reported that single rooms were small. There was free Wi-Fi, and we had no problem with it, but others reported spotty service.

The breakfast we thought was poor. Parts of the hotel don’t look too great and the corridors are quite gloomy. This place is just a few minutes’ walk from Zadar bus station though which is very handy. A 10 minute walk along sea road leads you to the buzzing old town of Zadar.

Firstly we were very happy with the level of service from the excellent ladies at the front desk - English language not a problem. Location is great - pebble beach just across the road - remember the Croatian coastline is 99% rocky. Pool is perfectly clean, circular but did not use it this time.

Room was OK; although nonsmoking it smelt of smoke! We ate in the restaurant as it was raining heavily and although the food, when it arrived, was good the service was very, very slow.

It was a good distance from the old town. We had no option as all the hotels were fully booked. Hotel is very old, the rooms were old. The beds weren’t that great.
