Hotel Jadran reviews

The hotel is clean and tidy. It's right by the sea and the very nice old town. In such a good position - or indeed in Sibenik itself at all -this is a good one to go for.

Great Location, right on the Harbor front with some lovely restaurants in front. Reception with no customer service whatsoever. Deadpan expression on receptionist who looked like he was bored.The room smelled awful, was dark and very noisy due to being above the bar/restaurant area. We asked to be moved and had a replacement room at the back of the hotel where we were kept awake by the extractor fan all night.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just in center of Sibenik, they have their own good parking space. There was only ventilator in the room who broke down after 5 minutes of use. Bathroom has strange smell and in the room it is extremely hot. Elevator is very small.

This place looks great from the outside with a great location for the local sites. Then there was the lady at reception that did not finish charm school. There was one unique feature. Using some kind of an upright portable space heater as a headboard for one of the beds was definitely different. And, while this is not a direct hotel issue, there was "Merishka" the small barking dog in the courtyard behind the hotel from 5 to 7:30am.

The Jadran offers honest down to earth value for money. I find it clean and the staff helpful and of course it is IN THE BEST LOCATION.The breakfast isn't the greatest, but it does cater for all tastes.

The hotel is ideally located in the old town. It is also only a couple minutes' walk from the bus depot. For these reasons alone, I have rated it as "average". Otherwise, the hotel is ugly and functional, no frills and very few smiles from staff. Having said that, it was clean and breakfast supplies were plentiful.

Verywell located (the main quality). Without internet, the parking is well paid, an uncongenial staff, old building with many needs of repair.

The hotel is in the hearth of the old town and near the seashore, we prefer this hotel for that reason but hotel is too old, rooms were very small, hotel restaurant is average.

We were very comfortable in a clean and reasonably spacious room with a great view. Generally the service was friendly for a big hotel. The location is superb on edge of old town and close to buses and ferries. Can highly recommend restaurant "More" just down the road for great food.
