The Pucic Palace Hotel reviews

The staff was excellent and our room was upgraded. The shops are very poor and sell mainly low end goods for the cruise ships. We were surprised at the poor quality of shopping. We probably should have eaten at the Pucic Palace which apparently had a superb restaurant.

We would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend its staff and its willingness to help us in every way.

The staff is a real credit to the hotel especially Allan (?) the guy who helped us with our luggage & the lady at the reception night of 5th or 6th september. The air con in the room kept going off and it got pretty warm in the night.

Bathroom features were outstanding and the view over square was great in the evenings and watching the market setting up in the morning. You should try the blueberry pancakes!

Peaceful within the bustle of the vibrant city sitting outside the door, with excellent standards of customer service. Internet TV didn’t work.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Service staff was also very friendly and helpful all the way. The bathroom was fitted out in a heritage style in keeping with the theme of the rest of the apartment. The water didn't drain from tub too well either so after a few minutes one was standing in a pool of soapy water.

The room was lovely and clean. The hotel was so convenient being inside the old town and it was possible to pop back easily. It was expensive but the whole stay was so pleasant that we had no regrets choosing it. It was a very nice location but neither of us liked our main courses- the hummus platter starter was nice.

Such a wonderful location. Truly the most luxurious way to experience Dubrovnik. This hotel has charm, which is rare for luxury hotels in Croatia. Breakfast was served with panache and fit for a king. I would thoroughly recommend it if your wallet can take the hit. This hotel though, unlike many of the others, has character, charming staff and an unbeatable location.

The desk hadn't been dusted and there is some damp on the wall that needs attention. This sounds very critical but did enjoy the stay its lovely hotel but would be perfect if this could be put right.
