The cleanliness of the spa and rooms. The helpful staff and their kindness. Our kitchenette had a good range of useful items and a good sized fridge and dishwasher which the cleaner used for us every day so we did no washing up! Our visit was at the end of the season and lots of the restaurants were closed and closing and we didn't know which was open or closed from day to day. Also resort shop very empty so needed to buy stuff when in Dubrovnik.

The spacious room (residence seaside room) was in perfect condition. Rich selection of breakfast. The shelves in the hotel grocery store were literally empty so even with a nice kitchen we couldn't cook a decent meal.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a residence and it was comfortable and spacious. The only option we had for food was eat at one of the expensive restaurants in the hotel or take a very expensive bus or taxi ride to town. I wish there would have been something in the ad letting us know that most of the food options at the hotel close during the off season.

Nice hotel with nice environment and views. The Wi-Fi system has problem for almost 10 days!

Gorgeous hotel and location. Very child friendly. Pebbly beach but way more fun for kids than sand anyway. Too far to go anywhere else unless you hire a car or taxi.

Exceedingly clean, good choice of places to eat, 4 swimming pools. Excellent views and very clean sea. Difficult to walk outside of the complex as no pavements and a busy road, better with a car which is what we did.

Well-equipped apartment with comfortable large bed, good quality restaurants, good quiet location. Not recommended for disabled people, pebble beach.

Great view from my room, the roof terrace, good club facilities, spa, and some of the restaurants. The absolutely negative attitude of the travel agency staff, very reluctant to give out information.

Very big resort but very well equipped with private beach, multiple pools and a fantastic Spa facility. Very quiet hotel and we really enjoy our stay which took place at the beginning of the peak season. A bit far from Dubrovnik but shuttle is possible.
