Reception staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Location is near to beach. Hotel quiet both during the day and in the evening. Wi-Fi only available in reception.

Quiet, but handy for the bus to the Old Town. Staff very helpful and polite. Bar prices reasonable. Would generally recommend this hotel, but it's a bit overpriced. The bar area could be developed to be used more as a lounge area. The indoor pool was out of action when we stayed.

The view from our balcony was wonderful. The bus to the old city of Dubrovnik stops right in front of the hotel and takes about 15 minutes. The spa massage was not as relaxing as expected.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in Lapad, with access to the beach across the street. Outside there is a bus that will take you to the old town of Dubrovnik. Lapad is a nice, quiet and relaxing area.

Fantastic location. Room service excellent. View from the balcony stunning, quiet location even though on a main road. Five minutes from the beach and restaurants.

Front desk/reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, bus schedule, directions to walk to other points of interest. The spa looks nice but is not functional (no hooks to hang robes, cushions on lounge chairs slide off when sitting on them, chlorine smell from loud Jacuzzi does not create a soothing tranquil environment).

Location: on bus line to Dubrovnik, 15 min away and very close to an ATM. We were upgraded to an ocean-view room with a stunning view, because there were none of the cheaper rooms available. The breakfasts (included in the price) provided quite reasonable variety. We found the male staff quite standoffish, very different from their female counterparts. The hotel is quite a distance from any kind of shopping center.

The city of Dubrovnik is really unique; set in a most beautiful location the hotel was great for the views. The surrounding areas are perfect for touring by car.

Location, view from the balcony (it is worth to pay extra to get a sea view!), breakfast, pool, cleanliness. Some staff members could have been more polite.
