Good choice if traveling with kids. Staff, food, cleanness and location are big plus. We really had a proper holiday feeling welcomed unlike so many other hotels and places in Croatia.

Very pleasant staff, great location, great kids pool, great all inclusive choices. Extremely small elevators, taking ages to go up or down if anyone is inside you cannot go in and have to wait another one and there are only 2 of them fitting max 3 normal sized people. No pool staff at all, so one day we had a strong wind and huge sun parasols were flying around really dangerous but nobody from the hotel reacted. Rooms quite outdated and TV ridiculously small.

The location is great, sea is perfect. Driving the Jadranska magistrala road is not a nice experience. You immediately get in the endless traffic jam. To end with good thought; most of the staff in the hotel are superb!!!

I recommend the trip to Biokovo. Pool is overcrowded, both adults and children are constantly jumping into the pool, even though it is not allowed. Large variety of food for all tastes and excellent desserts. Clean room, pool and restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We managed with advice from the tourist information to hire a Minnie bus with driver to take us all over very cheap to go on a trip from hotel to Dubrovnik it would have cost us L56 but the taxi cost us just 22 pounds each and the driver waited for us all day brilliant, he also took us to Split and 2 other destinations in one day for L18 each.

There was a lot more going on, singers in the dining room in the evening. Several different parts of the restaurant sectioned off for each tour operator. Only one get-at-able electric point, on the floor. No mirror near enough to see in whilst blow-drying. It is a three hour trip to get to Dubrovnik, but what a trip. Croatia is outstandingly beautiful.

The hotel building itself is not attractive but it is set in a lovely area with a scenic mountain backdrop and wonderful views. The room was very compact although well decorated and clean. The buffet meals were fine and plenty of seating.

We had a great welcome and a cold drink as it was still 28 dec. at 11 pm. When we got to the room in one of the annex it was ok but very hot as there is no air conditioning in the annex rooms. Any body who says that the food is not very good must have been staying in a different place to us as it was fantastic. Something different every night. The Hotel is in a wonderful position.

The hotel was very clean. Staff not very friendly and don’t speak very god English. Not many English in the hotel mostly German and French.
