Breakfast was ok. Hotel As is a bit outside city centre, but easy to find as there is a 20-30 walk along a main street to get down to Split harbour area and the old town.

Hotel As is located on the not so attractive location, in the industrial zone of Split, but if you want to reach center of Split, by walking it is possible. Breakfast is ok.

Hotel is easy to reach, just of one of the main streets. If you travel by car, there are always car parking available in front of the hotel. Rooms a relatively small, but acceptable for a 3 Star Hotel, cleanliness was good, breakfast rather disappointing.

Even it has only 3 stars i was very satisfied. The room was very clean, the stuff very gently. For a business trip perfect, for a holiday not so.

Hotel As is certainly not the prettiest of Split's hotels. A difficult 30-40 minute walk to the city centre in scorching heat, served by sporadic bus services, you are dependent on taxis particularly in the evening (50-60 kuna). Clean and comfortable, with small but well equipped rooms. The included breakfast selection is large but sometimes stale!

Compact rooms, very small beds and old TVs. For value pricing, its okay, the buffet was not very nice so i might just skip that.

The hotel itself is not that bad: clean room, free Wi-Fi, English speaking staff, OK breakfast, etc. However, the hotel is located in an desolated industrial area, next to the train tracks. The taxi fare is about 40-50 kn ($8 avg) from the dock in town.

The hotel is clean and modern and the staff helpful and attentive. The only bad points are that they don't have a lift and the location. There is a bus stop about five minutes down the road that goes straight to the centre.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful at the hotel, and the interior (the reception and the bar/dining room) looked an awful lot better than the shabby exterior. However, our room wasn't that great. The room smelled smoky and also of air freshener and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied so the whole room didn't feel that clean.
