Certainly not in an area that you would feel comfortable walking in at night - did not particularly feel at ease walking there during the weekend when most places nearby were closed. The carpet was dirty. The toilet also was not sitting firmly, having slight movement in it, the air conditioning did not work properly & the beds set in a wooden frame. This dinner was dreadful. Very ordinary tin soup, spaghetti bolognese - very limited sauce and tinned fruit salad for sweets.

The hotel has no business centre. I checked in at midnight & I had hell speaking to the waiter who was keeping vigil at the main entrance to get into my room.

The hotel was very isolated. There water wasn't hot. The carpet wasn't clean. No mini bar. The breakfast buffet was a joke. There was no convenient public transport. If the hotel didn't have free Wi-Fi I wouldn't even give it a one!

The hotel inside was clean and well appointed but seemed geared towards business travelers and NOT leisure travelers. Its location is bad in an industrial type area of Split and far from the beautiful city centre. Luckily we had a tour bus which took us into Split at night.

There is no atmosphere what so ever. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Your view from the room is a warehouse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is located in residential zone of Split, but it is ideal if you have rent-a-car. Hotel is super clean, staff efficient and polite, open buffet breakfast is ok. If you are in short visit or business trip to Split, this is hotel you are looking for, if you plan summer vacation, choose other hotel.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature in the middle of July. We were told this was a four star hotel. I would not even give it one star.

For business purposes to stay one night n an industrial zone is ok - but for tourists totally unattractive. Besides one young lady at the information desk the remaining staff needs to get a little bit more proactive and customer friendly.

The bed was the worst we have ever had in many years of travel. We had twin bedding, but they were a child size bed, approximately 2 foot across and no room to get comfortable. There were mosquitoes also.
