Hotel Korcula is named after the island where it is situated because it is the landmark of its tourist tradition since it was the first hotel built on the island.

The hotel is located in front of the quay just next to the Kanavelić tower which dates back to the 15th century.
You can take a walk to the town centre enjoying the relaxing sight of charming medieval streets.

The building is built of ancient stone and is a beautiful sight itself but it is also very close to the old town and all the other attractions. The hotel looks like a large villa and it features a large terrace where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea looking at the peninsula of Peljesac.

You can enjoy the amazing view of the sunset from the terrace while the wind maestral cools you down bringing the scent of Mediterranean right to you.

Since gastronomic experience is of great importance on the island, you can also enjoy tasting traditional Dalmatian food and you can fulfil this lovely experience with local and Croatian best quality wine.

" The breakfast was excellent. " 10

The breakfast was excellent - they make fresh coffee according to demand in a little jug so don't worry if it runs out, they'll bring on more. It had an old-fashioned feel to it (and very high ceilings). We were there at the start of October and the hotel was very quiet, as was the town, but still warm enough to have a meal outside, and just as lovely as Dubrovnik, only with 1% of the tourists. We arrived after dark and we actually parked in spaces which were reserved for the police station nearby without realizing!! But if you bring a car, make sure you let reception know exactly where you have parked it so they can warn you to move it early in the morning if necessary.

Historic building with a lot of flair. Perfect terrace for breakfast & dinner. Bathroom needs a make-over, although everything was clean. No air-conditioning in the room. Very average food for the dinner.
